Delivery is by Royal Mail fist class recorded and Parcel Force. Standard products will be despatched in 3-4 days working days.

Decorated garments are despatched within 7 working days from confirmation of artwork. All embroidery and printing is done in house so anything that is urgent can be turned round quickly. Personalised garments cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless they are faulty.

Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange or give a refund so long as the goods are returned within 14 days from despatch date in their original condition and packaging a full refund  will be be issued on receipt. If the item is not returned in its original condition and is unsaleable we wil be unable to authorise a refund and the item will be returned to you.

Faulty or wrong items: If items received that are faulty or not what you originally ordered please contact us by telephone or e-mail and we will replace or refund you on the receipt of the item
