How long will my order take?

We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, with a standard lead time of 7-10 working days from receipt and approval of logo artwork for customised orders, and 5 working days for non-customised stock orders.

I can't find the product I’m looking for. Can you supply it?

Yes! If it’s workwear, corporate wear, footwear or related PPE we can usually supply it. If you need help with your order, you can contact one of our helpful, informative and friendly team anytime between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday by email, telephone or via social media.

What is your returns policy?

Non customised items may be returned for a refund of the item cost within 14 days. The cost of returning the item must be borne by the customer. Please ensure that it is in its original packaging and all tags and labels are still attached. Please Note - We cannot accept any returned item that has been decorated with logos or customised in any way. If you believe we have made a mistake or there is a fault, please contact us to discuss the issue. We offer a sample logo for your approval before we go ahead with adding any decoration for your peace of mind. If you have any queries about your order, please contact us so we can investigate further. Cancellation of an order will be accepted up to 2 days after the order has been received on the understanding no costs have been incurred. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail or letter.
